Employment letters

Experience Letter Templates

An experience letter confirms that someone worked at your organization: their role, dates of employment and conduct. Fake experience letters are a real problem in hiring, so every letter you issue with SealHive carries a QR code that opens your organization's verification page.

Experience Letter questions

What is the difference between an experience letter and a relieving letter?

A relieving letter confirms the resignation was accepted and the person has been relieved of their duties. An experience letter describes their role, tenure and conduct. Many companies issue both on the last day.

Can a new employer verify an experience letter?

Yes, that's the point. They scan the QR code or open the link and see your organization's record of the letter, so a forged or edited copy is easy to spot.

Can I write it once for every employee?

Yes. Use {name}, {role}, {from}, {to} and {he}/{his} in the text; SealHive fills them in for each person, even in bulk.

How does someone check that it's genuine?

Every document issued with SealHive carries a QR code and a short link. Scanning it opens a page on our site showing who issued it, to whom and when, and whether it's still valid. Anyone can also upload the PDF to confirm it hasn't been edited.
