Refund policy

We want you to be happy with SealHive. Because you can design and preview everything for free before paying, refunds are limited to the cases below.

Certificate packs

Unused packs can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Once any credit from a pack has been used, the pack is non-refundable.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.

Problems with the service

If a certificate failed to generate or there was a billing mistake, contact us and we'll restore your credits or refund the charge.

How to request

Email billing@sealhive.app from your account email with your organization name and the payment reference.
