What counts as one certificate?
Each certificate you issue uses one credit, whether you issue it on its own or in a bulk batch. Making a PDF you already have verifiable uses half a credit. Previews, design changes and corrections are free.
Do credits expire?
Credits from one-time packs never expire. Subscription credits renew every month: each month starts with your plan's full allowance, unused ones don't carry over, and they're used before pack credits.
What happens to my certificates if I stop paying?
Nothing. Every certificate you issued stays verifiable forever, because a printed or shared certificate can't be updated later.
Can I fix a certificate after issuing it?
Yes. Reissuing with corrections is free: the original is revoked and points to the corrected one.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are shown without GST. For customers in India, 18% GST is added at checkout.
