Terms of service

These terms govern your use of SealHive, a service for designing, issuing and verifying certificates. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, your organization's members and everything issued from it. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Only issue certificates on behalf of an organization you represent and are authorized to act for.
• Do not impersonate another organization or person, or create certificates for achievements that did not happen.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful.

We may suspend accounts or revoke certificates that break these rules, and we cooperate with reports of fraudulent certificates.

Verification links

Verification pages for certificates you issue remain available even if your plan ends, so recipients can always prove their certificates. You can revoke certificates at any time.

Payments

Paid packs and plans, when available, are billed in advance. Pack credits do not expire. Prices exclude applicable taxes such as GST.

Liability

SealHive is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
